1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the services offered by kis711.

3. Account Registration

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. 3.4 KYC Verification. kis711 reserves the right to require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing due diligence. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3.5 Account Currency. All kis711 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, less any applicable conversion fees.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. kis711 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment channels only, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20). 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentive offers made available on the kis711 platform are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time period are specified in each offer's terms.

5.3 Abuse and Exploitation. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. kis711 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed on the kis711 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, or any other game or market. Applicable rules are accessible within each product section.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until accepted by the kis711 system and a confirmation reference is generated. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided. Stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.

6.3 Error Correction. In the event of an error resulting in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes being displayed, or any other manifest error, kis711 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the Member has received a confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the kis711 platform:

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the kis711 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, and trade marks, is the property of kis711 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

8.3 You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the kis711 platform without the express prior written consent of kis711.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The kis711 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kis711 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 kis711 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

9.3 kis711's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by the Member to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 kis711 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

10.2 kis711 uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. Data is not sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By kis711. kis711 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: a Member has breached these Terms; fraudulent or abusive conduct is suspected; required identity verification has not been completed; regulatory requirements mandate account action; or the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our inactivity policy.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of an account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms. Any remaining verified balance (less applicable fees) will be returned to the Member via an approved payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC procedures and confirmation that no outstanding obligations remain.

12.3 By Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting kis711 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonuses and their associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 kis711 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, kis711 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via their registered email address or a notification within the platform.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction under which kis711 is licensed to operate.

14.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kis711 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through kis711's internal customer support process. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate or irreparable harm.
